Free shipping for Canadian and US customers with purchases over CAD $100.

Once your order is received, it will be shipped within 1 – 2 business days.

Estimated Shipping Timeline:

4-5 business days (Canada)

5-7 business days (US)

We are not responsible for any additional customs fees that may occur during the shipping process.

 

RETURN POLICY 

We offer a no-hassle 30-day return policy.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Customers are responsible for paying for return postage at their expense.

Step 1: We are sorry to hear that you are not fully satisfied with your order. We accept returns within 30 days after your receipt of goods. Please send an email to clientservices@puray.ca including

① the reason(s) of return

② the receipt of goods (i.e the Order Tracking or Order Confirmation Email that you received).

Step 2: Our customer service team will send you the return instruction email. Please kindly follow the instructed steps to complete the return. 

Step 3: Once we receive your returned item and approve the return, we will issue a full refund. If the return is not qualified (i.e. over 30 days or the item is in the original packaging), we will notify you via email.
