RETURN POLICY

 

We offer a no hassle 30-day return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your Puray purchase for any reason, just return it.

Step 1: We are very sad to hear that you are not fully satisfied with your order. We accept return within 30 days after your receipt of good. Please send an email to clientservices@puray.ca including

① the reason(s) of return

② the receipt of good (i.e the Order Tracking or  Order Confirmation Email that you received).

Step 2: Please include the original packing slip in you order, and send the package to the following address:

Step 3: We receive your return item, and we issue a full refund.

*Please note: the customers will be responsible for paying the return shipping fees.

 

ONE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

 

We believe that our products are delicate and genuine, however it is still possible that your products have defects or damages for various reasons such as improper uses. As part of our industry-leading customer service, we are glad to offer you the One Year Limited Warranty within 365 days after your receipt of good.

If your product is defective or damaged during the 365 days after your receipt of good, please first notify us at clientservices@puray.ca and we will gladly send you further instruction.

If a damaged item is returned without first notifying us of the damage, you are not eligible for One Year Limited Warranty and we will not be able to process the exchange.
